need advice on affiliate program

Hi everyone!
I`m looking to start an affiliate programm for a furniture online shop. i`ve found around 20 companies offering different affiliate marketing solutions.
can any one recommend a good company to start working with. i mean best tracking system and one click payments to affiliates. also i haven`t found any company giving possibility to offer white/privat label solutions for merchant`s affiliates. If anyone knows one i would be glad to know. Some good software or pluggins will also suit me fine if it`s a better choice.
