I have a web app I want to demo for TikTok viewers but I have a fairly new account. I am told I need 1000 followers.
Is an SMM panel a good way to purchase followers to get started?

I think using TikTok Likes won't affect anything. You just need to have over 100 followers to be able to reopen and promote products, you just can't add shopping carts.
 
Yes, just make sure you drip feed those in. You can also buy country specific follower to match your GEO and make it look more organic/natural. Don’t over-do it and get your account flagged.
 
I wouldn’t do it personally. You might hit 1k, but 1k dead followers doesn’t really do much for you. I’d rather grow it naturally and have an actual audience.

It is encourage to start with real followers derive from upload content,caption and hashtags to achieve engagements and start with live after getting 1000 followers on profile.
Usage of smm panel followers are option to legit profile with bot followers which can get add on new register profiles.
 
Purchased followers are generally of poor quality and can easily trigger platform risk controls, so they are not recommended. Instead, prioritize consistently publishing content to grow your audience organically.

I would not go for buying 1K followers only to get access to this feature. They would not be interested in your app at all, leading to low engagement and inactive followers. It would be better to accumulate them with demo videos of the app.
 
an smm panel can raise the follower count but it does not guarantee live access. tiktok may also check age region account status and local eligibility. use panels but back that up with content. place smaller orders and make them bigger gradually. you need to replicate a real growth scenario with artificial sources
