Need advice in outsourcing business

Not sure if this is the right section to post this. Please move it if it is in the wrong section

So here is the deal. I would like to start with a little SEO business.
All the work should be outsourced for a certain fixed price, so i can add my % on top of the price to my customers.

Where could i look for people that i can trust, and outsource this work to?

It would work like this.

1. Customer orders one of my packages
2. I receive payment for the package, and send the information to my outsourced guy/gal + pay them the fixed price.
3. Outsourced person finishes the work, sends me report.
4. I send the report to the customer and bank a little $

How can i accomplish this? Can i get some pointers to someone i can contact that is a serious person to work with?

It can be hard to find good people. Most aren't going to give up their identities once they do. You should start a few wordpress sites and put people on them to see what they can do. Also, you are going to need a non-circumvent agreement so they just don't contact your client directly and cut you out.
