Hi everybody! I'm new to CPA, and I want to start with something easy like email submit. Can you advice me some CPA sites and offers?
Am I correct in understanding that CPA sites will pay to me for people who just write their email?

Yes, you are right, advertisers will pay you for the submitted forms on their landings.

A lot of zip/email submit offers you can find in TRUE Media Partner network (truemediapartner.com)
