I have a friend who is dealing with someone who keeps harassing them via text message and email. What can be done to either A) Scare this person (police will not do anything, we've tried) or B) Remove their ability to use their iPhone or email. What can be done to make this person go away that could really frighten them and make them stop?

block them, i had the same sort of thing so i blocked them. i also was being called by companies every 5 minutes, i just shout down the phone that i am reporting them as i have software that is tracing them. Just tell them you work for microsoft and all calls can be traced no matter what they do to hide them. Then you'll pass on all their details to the police. These calls stopped for me.

Blocking the name and number usually will do the trick, and the email.

Did the person being harassed find out what's the reason behind the harassment? Maybe communication is needed.
