Need advice from someone in Dallas:)

Hi,

I am moving to Dallas for 3 months, and would really like a internet service provider that allows dynamic IP.

Meaning that after restarting I would have a fresh IP.

It seems they are hard to come around there.

Any of you locals know of any ISP like that?
