i had a bhw DONOR user approach me to buy 3 of my scrapebox proxy products
and 3 of my gscraper proxy products.......

he payed for 1 yesterday, other was to be today. i login PP payment being reviewed
thats never happened to me in 8 yrs of pp.......

so i grab users name from transaction, from our skype chat i no where he lives.
i do a search, what comes up is a FB account of what looks like a 10year old child.

i then ping this user back on skype as a half payment of 260GBP sits being reviewed by pp
now i found out this bhw donor is a minor aged 15, using a student pp account.

my gut says bail as i dont no any kids who have 260GBPX2 to spend on proxies
and the fact the first half payment has been put on hold bothers me.....................

what would u guys do......15 and a bhw donor

Did they give you a reason why the funds are being held? If it is not a chargeback then it's paypal is holding your money.

Wait until they release it.

never dealt with a minor on bhw - always an adult buyer
so the amount is what troubles me and the fact half is being reviewed by pp
and this 15 year old in a bhw donor

if he's got money who cares how old he is.
I would see if the payment on hold stays or not first, then dip if it doesnt.

That's me. You're suspicious about how I got the money, I explained to you that I do CPA/PPD (I have my affiliate manager as my friend on Facebook, the one that you found, and he can confirm if you'd like) on AdWork Media. I also linked you to my new Facebook.

The PayPal account is a student account. I told you already when you asked how I could make an account without a CC. It's because it's a student account. I linked you to my sites that I do CPA/PPD on as well.

If you want, I can even show you the product that I launched (with a trusted member here) that is making me money. I have nothing to hide.

I even showed you the site that I manage that is Google news approved and I get paid to write articles for.

You then continue to post the thread.

I offered to show Join.me proof for every single claim that I made, and you refused.

cant blame caution, u sent a half payment and its being reviewed
then i get a pm from some1 saying pp limited you
lotta mixed messages here and i will always consult my bhw brothers
not about the money , ive turned more people down for my services than i
can count. its about checking double checking and then a final check

also the FB page i found a that shows this is a minor was there 2 hrs
ago when i showed it to clonr now its been removed
The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.

i then get a pm from a bhw user saying

reason why the funds were being hold is because his pp got limited but he has sorted it out now.

i certainly wouldnt delete my FB page because some1 found me, just seems all suspicious

just thought ide update this for closure........as u no this 15 year old payed me 260GBP
via paypal gift option for proxy service, paypal held it....... never happened to me b4......

today that payment was released but the money had changed from gift to order with tracking.
i told clonr my product is payed via gift to avoid fees, or service if the buyer pays the fee.

he replied you want me to send a family/friend payment to avoid fees isnt that a lie
i said come on man lota people do that, but thats alot different to re listing the payment sent
to me through paypal from a gift to an item bought that i now have to fake a tracking number to
pp for............oh hell no

refunded and done................

I realise there are a lot of young people here but I have always thought that they should up the age of membership from 13 (I think) to 18, just to avoid/minimise issues like this.

I do hope that's the physical age, since if the mental age limit would be 18 you and I would both be thrown out in seconds.

he even found it funny that he was my first refund. and this from a donor.
i dont see it that way as i removed him after 24hrs and i refunded him due to
a payment for proxies being changed from a gift to one paypal asking for a
tracking number for........i lold at that all i will say is clonr i dont care if your
a donor, who buys proxies requiring a tracking number from paypal, really
