Need Advice from Email Marketers

Hello,
I have targeted 15k+ email list,and i want to use it in a better way.

Can someone please guide me how can i do it.
I also have some ideas

#1.Make one page wordpress site with (3-4 related products) and promote via using mailchimp/aweber.

#2.Same wordpress site with Sendblaster(with premium smtp services)

Need suggestions about these two ideas.
And how much sales/leads i can expect from 15+ mailing list, also should i use single product for a single site?

Today I started campaign using mailchimp
Subscribers : 1977
Opens :317 (17.2%)
Clicks: 26 (1.4%)
Unsubscribe: 42
Abuse Complaints: 4

No Luck with sales when i checked at 180 opens.
I think i have problem with website design.

All subscribers are donors to church and i am using Religion niche.

Your target and niche looks good, may be you need to optimize the email content and the landing page.
