Need Advice for Pre Roll Ads Network

So I want to make some money by using pre roll video ads ( not youtube ), but I'm new in this field and need some good advice from you guys. DFP is not very welcome for small traffick publisher like me so I need other alternative network.

I need to find a network with good payment deal, and also not scam.
