Just make sure that you are consistent in publishing content on your website. You should post regularly. That should help you in keeping your daily stats stable. Also, invest your money in high quality content. Hire freelancers who can write articles for you in English. Looking at your post, I really think that you need to get one.

Have you tried ranking keywords? If you manage to rank for a certain keyword you'll get lots of organic traffic. You also might consider creating a mailing list. Offer them something for free when they sign in for your e-mail list. Send them some valuable content through e-mail to bond or simply send new posts too them. Most readers won't come back anyway. You could also try to monetize your blog through AdSense or Taboola and then start buying traffic. This way you'll be investing money in getting traffic and in the long run it'll pay out by having either a large e-mail list, a big fanbase or get yourself known in the world of buying traffic and directly converting that traffic in money by advertising on your websites. Just got to make sure that you have a positive ROI (that sounds WAY to simple). Anyway good luck man!

Try to post more interesting content that more readers will want to view. Tag your blog entries with common web searches and that should help also.

be consistent and keep your readers interested in your blog posts and content. pretty much sure that you will gain traction.
and later think of monetizing it with CPA offers or google adsense.
Google is always there to empower high quality content to get monetized with relevant user targeted ads.

You should get someone to write high quality articles for you if you're writing them yourself as it seems like your knowledge of English isn't quite sufficient to dish out quality articles, no offense. Other than that, try to post regularly, and step your backlink game up. I don't exactly know what you're doing, but you should read more about SEO and adapt to the methods, good luck!

Just be consistent and try to bring fresh content to your page and promote the hell out of it, when you see results you could monetize it

Promote your site on social networks, post good content regularly. Be active - leave comments (but don't spam) on the other blogs to get noticed.

Hire a freelancer or two to get some high quality content on your blog. You can often get good content without having to pay an arm and leg for it.
