Hi everyone,

I’m intending to send mass email marketing to my customer, but i need an advice of sending mass email to customers. I don’t want my emails ending up in Spam Box.

So, if anyone had experience in mass email marketing, please suggest me what I should do to avoid that.

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Thank you so much.

have they signed up for a newsletter etc?
How about Mailchimp or Sendblaster.com?

Stop thinking about it as "mass emailing" #1.

Focus on the cold email approach.

1) Grab an email from G-Suite

2) Find a cold email automation tool

3) Monitor your email activity & warm up your account

Don't start sending massive amounts of emails right away.

You need to warm your account up & then you can scale from there.

If you want to "mass email", it'll cost money.

You'll need multiple SMTP accounts & proxies to do that, and I wouldn't advise going down the rabbit hole.

Thank you so much for your advice. But, what i am worry now is my domain could be banned due to its reputation downs. I read about mailing and i definitely will warm up my account, but what should i do to avoid domain banning?

Don't worry.

Just buy another one.

But this time around, just keep it safe.

Start with less than 50 a day for 2-3 weeks.

Then scale up to about 100-200 a day.

Make sure you're not sending any spam trigger words in the email copy.

Make sure all of your SPF & DKIM records are set up properly (Google it).

AND make sure you're not sending ANY links right now.

I don't send links until I know my account is warmed up properly.

You could check the marketplace as well, there are some useful services there.

If i buy another one and after warming up properly, could i use that new domain with the link to my old domain?
