I don't think there is any tool for this. You will have to manually extract all the people from your page and text them. If you use any tool for mass dm, your account can get suspended. Keep these things in mind before proceeding further.

I think you can use a bot, or tool, but it will easily be reported as spam, and your account will be banned. You can do it manually to be safe
