Please give me advice for Canadian or United Kingdom Bank Account, where i can buy it ?

This should be listed in wanted to buy section. For what purpose is the account needed maybe able to point you in right direction. Both UK & Canadian accounts normally need ID's etc for verification and Tax purposes. You can open an offshore account in these countries through banks like HBC. Again it would depend on what you need to use these accounts for as to the best way to setup.
