Need advice for a beginner

Hello everyone,

I am new in business and i am reading BHW all day.
But i am confused (well, excited maybe) on some topics.
May anyone help on my adventure?

I have some white hat SEO and coding background. So i am kinda familiar with default SEO topics.
I have number #1 and #2 sites BUT i have just local (Turkey) traffic. And these are not "money sites" also.
Well, i am going to create a "money site" for international traffic and i am going to use AdSense on it.

My questions:
1- How should i pick focus keyword/niche? Any ideas for that? I found some interesting keywords with low competition.
2- Backlinks backlinks and backlinks... It's the most confusing part for me. There are many tools like SeNuke, GSA etc... Which one i need? Or should i go for backlink sales on BHW?
3- Does backlinks and other ranking methods (ghostrank etc...) harm my site?
4- I am going to create blogspots for backlinks. Should i use same account for them?
5- How much time i need for adding backlinks? Should i wait?
6- Does domain age really matters?
7- I am planning to buy SeNuke or any other tool (low budget is preferred), does it really necessary for 1 money site?

I know that my questions are too long, but any response would be great!

I recommend joining blog networks.. its more cheaper and works better than gsa and senuke.. these tools are best for tier2s only...
