Need Advice - Bulletproof CPanel hosting / Bulletproof Domains

Does anyone have any input as to where I can purchase (one of) the above? I'm having issues with my projects due to the fact that either:
A) Domains get locked by the domain provider
B) Hosting account gets shut down

So does anyone know of a bulletproof webhosting company (one that ignores complaints etc) and domain provider who doesn't lock domains? Any input is very much appreciated.
