(Need advice) Budget Hosting Solution for Client Websites

If they have their own hosting you can back the site up and send them the files and the DB, and they'll know what to do with them.

If they don't have hosting yet they will tell you and (most of the time) they will ask for recommendations, at which point you can give them your Hostinger affiliate link and when they sign up you'll get to build recurring monthly / yearly commissions, which is great side income for you as a site builder.
