Need advice about Odesk

Hi Friends,

I want to use the service of Odesk and i like to ask BHW members which option is better is it pay per hour or fixed to get the job done.

If you have a very specific, easily definable task, use the fixed payment option. If the work is longer term, more complicated, and more ambiguous project, then use the pay per hour option.

I am also doing some outsourcing jobs on oDesk.... I Would recommend you to post Fixed price job cos Hourly job candidates will try to shave your money by elaborating the Job as maximum as possible...

Stick with Philippines Candidates, They do quick and expect less and deliver More work...

Do research their feedbacks and portfolio to find out whether they are suitable candidate for your job...

I think that i will stick with fixed pay

fixed price job is recommended,if work for long time then recommended hourly job.you select Bangladeshi provider,they are quick,honest and hard worker
