1.) talk to a lawyer, at the bare minimum you'd need the girls to sign consent, but new FOSTA / SESTA laws have muddied the waters on legitimate hanky panky stuff here in the US and across the atlantic so, lawyer first.

2.) its going to be tough either way, you don't really have a niche and the supply and demand does not favor this business model but if you kept throwing out content you might be able to get some tip money going on one of the big video sites. SEO and quality of video (in terms of production) aren't your major hurdles here, the major hurdle is legal followed by "why would anyone pay for porn"

I think you need written consent/contracts, but idk, I know here in the UK you can get jailed for shit like revenge porn etc..

I can't help you with your legal question, but to your general question: As long as you don't have a solid few hundred+ videos and a budget to start, I would just upload to xvideos, pornhub, the normal porn sites ^^
Learn about proper keywords and how to upload so you cover many fetishes / nishes. Care that these teens are 18+ & if it's illegal (question 1), go get a VPS / RDP & VPN (off-shore) and use fake docs, etc. (usual security stuff)

It might be a nice side-earning to your kink, but don't expect too much, especially if you didn't even take time and properly read into this scene or did some googling

How do you get $ on xvideos by uploading your video coz in statistic i have nothing $ related. Only numbers / basic traffic stats.

There are (with high chances) lots of tutorials about porn uploading & monetization.
