Need advice about "expired domains"

Hello,
I read the forum for a while. I have decided on some niches(adult).While searching domain names I also recognized some advantages of expired domains(tip from this forum).

First of all, instead of SEO of a new domain,expired domain have advantages like having backlinks,alexa ranking. Did I understand this correct? For example one site I have found has 10.2 Majestic external backlinks. This site has 5.2 Alexa ranking. TLD 2,rdt 4.
There is another site with 13 and 94 for TLD and RDT respectively but 250 Majestic external backlinks.
What are the criterias to pay attention?


I understood it is important to pay attention to spammy links domain may have. How can I find out if site is spammed?

Another issue I am wondering is how to find out accurate stats of a site? when I search this domain name stats in google,there are a few sites showing stats.
This is what I found from hypestat.com(just found this site,would u recommend?) for an expired site...is this a good domain name?

look at @Nargil 's service here, he sells good expired domains. Also he wrote a thread about how to pick an expired domain (check the thread started by him on his profile)
