Hello,
So I am selling some stuffs on ebay and one buyer was communicating with me and buying few stuffs from me. Those things I am selling are ebooks, once they pay I send them. So he has received everything. Now He opens 3 cases that he want's refund and writes on refund case:
Details from the buyer
Reason
Ordered by mistake

Hello, My kid bought this offer without my permisoon.

And I tell him that I can't give full refund as I have delivered everything that has been ordered and he tells me:
The buyer sent you a message

This is a rule on Ebay.

What can i do on this situation, I do not know, maybe he is lying about that and just want to get the product plus money back..
What you suggest me to do?

He probably is lying but he also knows that ebay will side with him and that he can get away with this pretty easily. this type of situation is why selling digital goods is so tough on ebay.

You can't win. Ebay doesn't appriciate its sellers. My advice to you is refund all the money, block him and move on. Nothing more nothing less.

You will lose those. Just refund your account does not have issues.

better make a clear in description digitally and no refund to make sure no chargeback or dispute in your future sales
good luck.

Take my advice, refund, block the user and move on. I know it hurts now but eBay is very unfair at times...

Sure, the refund policy needs to be clear, but the seller still won't be protected from unauthorized charge claims, which happened this time too. If you translate this: "Hello, My kid bought this offer without my permission.", it's a claimed to be unauthorized charge, which is a losing game for the seller almost every time.

They're right. eBay will side with the customer, not you the seller.
If you want to keep your store, just refund and block him.
Fools like him are not to be wasted time on.
It's part of having a business. You win some, you lose some.

Thank you all for your advice! Have a great Holidays!
