Need Advice about Ebay and Paypal !

I want to open an Ebay account in France and sell some staff . I am not from France so i will use a fake address when i will register. In order to sell i have to link a Paypal account , i want to know if there will be a problem if the Paypal account that will be linked it will be register in other country than France (it will be an EU country as well). The name will be the same but the address from Paypal will not be the same with the address that is on the Ebay account (different countries).

So anyone has any ideea if i can do this without getting the Ebay account closed ?

I am doing this because the items that i want to sell can be very easily sold only in France. I can make a Paypal account with a vcc in France but when they will limit me they will ask me a french bank account which i can not provide . It will be easy for my to provide all the needed documents if i make the PP in my own country.

If you look at the thread directly above yours, there is someone giving out advice.

you will get banned using your method, at least 99% of the time

If the details at ebay and paypal are different they will see that and at least suspend the account

Try putting the French embesy in your countries address in. Here in South Africa if we put the US embessy adress in to Itunes for example we can get US itunes account so it should work the same.
