  The ability to create cron jobs (scheduled tasks) is available on  most hosts, including shared ones. This is not a mandatory requirement, but recommended. If there's no  ability to run crons on your server you will still be able to execute  them manually from an admin panel.

Also I'd like the hosting to have cpannel(Don't know how to use anything else)

And one last thing.(Free trial would be awesome. Not because i'm poor, but because I want to see if my script can run smoothly before buying hosting.)(Already bought from two companies and both failed.) Well greenhost failed running it and hostwinds jsut would've work period.
