I need someone to optimize my website for mobile use and get my CTR % in the 4-5% range. I obviously use Wordpress and them theme is pinboard, It's a gallery site.

Please let me know if your capable of handling this job,

You'll get your Adsense banned using it on a site that's heavy with images. Read Adsense TOS if you don't believe me.

Really? I have Adsense on my tumblr blogs with only 2 sentences with my keywords on it and the rest is images. It's fine for me

I just now of people that use Pinterest for content and end up getting the ban before being paid. I'm not saying this will happen to you but be careful though.

A number of people are using Adsense on Tumblr without any issue.

PINTEREST - Pinboard Theme will get your Adsense banned if you have nothing but images and no content..

There is a wordpress plugin that can allow your website to be for mobile platforms as well. I think the plugin works by detecting if the browser is not a desktop browser then uses a different theme to the original theme that you have selected for your normal viewing of the wordpress site.

As for the click through rates, well that depends. Click through rates are more to do with the design and layout as well as the quality of the content. I know there are people who specialise at increasing click through rates.
