Need Account Advice

I need advice for one of the accounts I am running.
It is currently sitting at 5.3k followers (created 1-2 months ago)
It's in the Memes/News/shocking facts niche
Average I am getting around 130~ followers per day and I receive like 700~ likes per post.
I am wondering if it would be of more benefit for me to go public, last time I went public my follower rate drop drastically and I started receiving more likes but fewer followers. When I am private people must follow me to view my content, which is why I have a good follower rate.

Please let me know what you think, I was thinking now since I get a good amount of likes I can start using hashtags and maybe hit explore page. I might also use fuelgram to boost and gain lots of likes. This being said many people will just view my stuff and move on without follow.

Currently which method are you using to grow ? FollowUnfollow?

I would suggest go with f/w upto 10k because majority of engagement groups won't allow a page below 10k.

Its natural growth no F/UF used. Just little bit engagement bot with comments and likes etc, very low settings.
