Need a YouTube expert to help my channel get noticed

Hello all!

I run a gaming YT channel where I do LPs and various misc things. The only problem I have is getting noticed and decided to give up on in sometime last year. Well with the new year comes new hopes and with new hopes comes new struggles. I was wanting to see if there is anyone on here who would be willing to help manage the exposure side of my youtube until it gets a steady stream of views. I don't really know rates for this sort of thing so just let me know what I need to do. Thank you.

We can promote your channel by name or link in YT comments with thumbs up, top comments, dialogues etc. We can process all videos of your competitors.

Well the thing is I'm not looking for boosters. I'm more looking into assistance with channel management and the like.
