Need a Youtube Comment iMacro Written

I would like a iMacro written that will comment on y0utube videos.

Heres the Spec -

- Proxy Support
- Supports multiple accounts/rotates accounts
- Has a keyword database to find videos and comment on them using the keywords as search terms
- Can handle cookies
- Can clear cookies and cache after every logout
- Can rotate different comments
