Need a yellow pages scraper, long term cooperation possible!

I need someone with a good scraper and proxies, who would scrape emails for me for the targetted keywords and cities. We would start with a smaller job and then those jobs could be regular, if both of us are happy. No manual jobs, please...it takes too much time, so you would ask for too much money.

Let me know your offers, we could start with one keyword and 20 cities(around 30k listings to scrape, I think, so probably 2-3k emails).
