Need a Wordpress Plugin made

Hi,

I need a wordpress plugin made, can someone pm or list your rates. I could only find one reference to a similar plugin in the search engines that someone made but it disappeared from the search engines a couple years ago (there is a video that is still up). There is a free service that is offered like it but I think it would make a great plugin.
