Need a wordpress/php developer for 3 "tasks"

Hi,
I'm looking for a developer for the following projects:

1. "Stats interface" - Building a single interface where I can check stats for all my websites (my wp sites are gathering statistical data in database using some wp plugin)
2. WordPress translate plugin (using API) - Custom made plugin for translating content
3. Insert image into post - Custom made plugin for inserting images into posts automatically.

Of course I will write a detailed specification for each of these tasks.
