Need a wordpress expert (mobile menu button doesnt appear on IOS and Tablets

I have installed responsive menu plugin for wordpress to get MENU button for mobile devices to make visitors be able to open the navigation.

On my Android SmartPhone (Chrome) the menu button appears.

Problem:
It doesnt appear on IOS (Safari)
It doesnt appear on tablet (not even in the preview in wordpress/customize )

HELP !

I dont have much $...
But I pay you PayPal or Bitcoin...$10 if u definitely fix it...probably its just a small setting
