Need a wordpress Designer

Need a wordpress designer for a site which will be based around a youtube channel, needs these pages:
Blog page named NEWS
Video page for all the videos which needs to be further split into specific sections
Store page which is simple to use and uses Paypal
Donation Page
Network page (displaying all the networks)

Page needs to be easily linked to my youtube, facebook and twitter.

Page needs to be SEO Friendly and easily editable for a noob like me to add content.

Needs to have google analytics and a full analytic program installed on it displaying all visitors and info.
Needs to have editable content and display videos here and there.

Needs to look flashy and advanced.
