I'm looking for a wordpress plugin that has the following features ;
1- Displaying ads by Post Category.
2- Displaying ads by Post Tags.
3- Displaying ads by Visitor Country.
4- Displaying ads by Visitor Mobile operating system.

Kindly suggest Any paid or free plugin or platform.

Thanks a lot bro, I've checked all of them and it seems that WP-insert do the job perfectly for me. It has all features I need without any paid addon unlike all plugins out there
