Need a website that I can forward images to

I have a 1999 flip phone because I like it. The only problem is the pictures that I am sent show up as little cartoon looking blocks. But, I can forward it to a smart phone and see the image in full resolution. So I ask, is there a site or something that I can forward the images to and see them in a higher (regular) quality?
