Need a website/graphic designer on a regular basis

I have a web/graphic design company and I'm looking for someone who can do quality work at an affordable rate. I'd like to use one person or team on a regular basis.

For example, I'd like to able to come to you and say something like, "My client needs a logo for his solar paneling company and also a website and a letterhead design. Please give me a quote on each. I'd have different jobs like this coming to you every few weeks or so. Please give me a general idea of your rates and a link to your portfolio/samples.
