Need a website developer

Recently I've seen my adsense account banned (without fair reason on my eyes) and the 5 websites I had who were being explored through adsense are now useless to me, therefore I'm willing to giveaway all of them to anyone who is capable and willing to develop a website for an affiliate product I'm currently promoting, it shall be appealing to the targeted customers and SEO optimized, I take care of the keyword research and the rest is up to you.

You should know this websites I'm giving are all fully SEO optimized and were successful in the past, though I haven't payed any attention to them for a while now.
