Hi Op, be careful when hiring member here especially develop the website which can cost 500$+. That's a lot of money. Only hire those reputable and establish member. If you can't find one, just go to freelancer. There are a lot of great developers there for very affordable price. You only pay them if you satisfied, you can control the payment whether to release or not. Just my 2 cents.

OP, why don't you learn how to do it. The learning curve will not be too great and you'll be able to make any mods/updates yourself.

That site may look complicated or difficult, but I can assure you that it's most likely a theme being used.
