I've never looked into the process of getting a site up and running before, but i have a good idea that could be a future for me.

I basically need a website, designed and developed and maybe taught a few things?

What kind of site? A blog? If you are starting, always try the free options and spend money only whenever and wherever necessary

You can easily get started for free with Wordpress and a free theme, then customize it to your needs.

You will find some designers here who will teach you a little bit of their process. I suggest you go to YouTube and look up tutorials. Then use Wordpress themes that are shared here.
