Hi I would really like to have either

I think its a bit of a shot in the dark to post this here but who knows maybe I'll get lucky. If anyone is up to the challenge PM me with a quote as to how much $ you think this job costs. I have posted this on some get a freelancer sites and have gotten a wide range of costs ($200-$2000) which made me feel as if the freelancers did not really know exactly what they were doing. Like why would some people offer to do it for $200? Would it be the quality level of either of those sites for $200? Is $2,000 robbing me blind? But who knows I'm a noob at this stuff.
Anyway Im sure prize rebel would be a lot easier to clone than points2shop, so i would probably start with that one.
