Need a web2.0 management software.

I want a web2.0 management software, which should contains the following functions:
1. I can control the number of blog sites I want to creat.
Like: 10 blogspot blogs one time
2. Spin an article - post these Spin articles to which blog I would like to post to.
Simple, yet I think useful.
In this way, I can bulid my own web2.0 PBN.

Not like some software such as magic submiter, which only allows me creat one BLogs on time. in my opionion, 10 wordpress blog + 4 blogspot blog + 1 google site blog + 2 weebly blog looks more natural than those software.

Have you tired FCSNetworker and Rankwyz? If not then take a look at them.

EDIT: Both are web based, but will do you job well.

You should try out ZennoPoster-- it's worked quite well for me in the past.

I recommend FCSNetworker as well. You will need to download the software to create accounts but then you will use the web app to manage your web 2.0s

Autofill Magick is what you want. It is semi manaul but it allows you to build I think on over 100 web 2.0 You will have to use 1 of the Api for spinning. I think Spinner Chief is supported and their is a version that is free. For multiple blogs on same site you will need proxies but I think you were figuring on that
