But Here is something I Didn't Found .

I have Seen Many good review of hostwinds and many people say that it ignores DMCA . But When I Asked Their Support they told me that are very strict to DMCA . So I Need a good web hosting which ignores DMCA and Is Very Popular as well as Cheap . Can you please suggest me some .

My advice is to try some eastern European hosting companies. Check exoticvps for a list.
 
Someone is selling here on BHW, I don't remember. Though price is bit high to ignore DMCA.
 
Search for offshore hosts. They're available here on BHW.
 
DMCA is an US copyright law and hence applies only in the United States. Use a host who is based somewhere outside USA and uses a non US data center.
 
Basically US, France and Canada based hosting providers obeys DMCA rule. Hence you can go for China, Russia, Iran,Romania and Sweden based hosting provider. Since most of the offshore hosting companies don't follow DMCA rule.
 
Ignoring is a bad strategy because agencies also mail google, and they will deindex your content. You want to see the urls in the dmca, so you can rename them. Add an extra letter or something that's enough.

Another reason you don't want to ignore. Sometimes you get totally legitimate requests from the content producer _asking_ you to remove content. In this case you really should. Agencies have zero rights to "demand" anything from you.

Find a host that forwards. ( however extra work = extra cost ) Ignoring is bad strategy.
