I need a person that can build the type of site that I've referenced in the thread above and keep it maintained.
I already have prepared the domain/hosting and personally know the niche very well. I believe that with the right creative touch that it can become viral.
The site that I linked in the example was pulling well over 200k uniques a month at its peak.
I have already posted a project on freelancer and am prepared to pay them, however I thought I would give someone a shot for a JV first.
The split will be
profit - expenses with a even split.
I will be using adsense but have plenty of CPA accounts to play with as well.
I was going to use a wordpress base but will change to whatever the developer is interested in using, will offer full transparency with profits and webstats.
There will be no payment until the site starts earning.
