I am an expert web designer and I own a reputable US based web design company, if you need anything i will do it for you really cheaply, I will do the same for any BHW members. I also own a hosting company so if you need really cheap hosting, let me know. Thanks.

Good luck finding talent for $30 to redesign a website. That's about a $100 bill MINIMUM.

Up your budget, accept mediocrity, or build it yourself. Those are your options.
