I need someone to design a website for me that will be a ranking website for a top 100. I need to be able to have people register their website and users to vote for them so they get ranked up. I want to have some kind of admin panel where I can modify stuff without it being too hard.

I don't think you guys understood what I meant, lol. I need a website that will rank a particular niche of businesses from 1 to 100, where businesses will submit their website and users will upvote it. Not looking to create a search engine
