Thats a pretty big looking project. Personally I wouldnt touch it for under $1700...

Errr don't quote me on this because I don't know much about website making, but cant you just go on Firefox and right click the page and select "View Page Source" then take that code and edit it to whatever you want?

Yea you can if you want to be a thief and steal another designers work. Being a designer, it bugs me to hear that.

yeah but no designers are actually original anymore...they all steal each other. well the good ones anyways.

Oh sorry, I didn't mean to offend. I don't know coding so I have to resort to making sites with blogger or WebpageMaker 2

If you don't have much money to spend you may want to do a search on car dealer scripts or wordpress theme for car dealer as I know there are some out there that I have seen around, but I don't remember the exact places right now.

You can do a pretty hype Joomla site in that style. It would be cheaper and better for you in the long run, if you can't do any programming, because at least you can make changes to content yourself.

Personally, I've had pretty good luck with Joomla SEO-wise as well.

I should add, it's still a pretty big project. You are still probably looking at at least a grand. I know i wouldn't do that for less than a G - and that's a asssuming youhave all the content ready to go and neatly organized.

Oh and to nexon killer... yeah you could just copy it all, but if you don't know coding, good luck making any of the scripts work.

I am expecting it to be in the area you mentioned. It is for a client of mine, and is out of my ability. But it still needs done.

Content will be supplied.

If you could come up with a high/low price (if that is possible within a degree of accuracy) I can move forward with arraingments
