Need a Web Designer for a custom project

I want you to make a exact theme in wordpress or can be a custom PHP script.


1. It should have a admin panel, where i can login and post the latest coupons.
2. Theme should be well optimized for onsite work with possible meta title, tags and keywords.
3. Homepage should be as such in one of those sites.
4. Theme should posses the fuctionalities as exactly in those sites.
5. Skype me your portfolio [MUST]

Please check the above sites and make sure your comfortable in creating one such script or theme for me.
