Need A Way To Send Tweets To G+ Page

I'm having a difficult time finding a working solution that will automatically send my tweets to my google+ page. Does anyone know of a way that works?

I tried using google voice and IFTTT, but I couldn't get g+ to send me a response email by texting 33669.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
