Looking for a VPN that i can use to sign into paypal and ebay as i dont want it to be linked to my other accounts. If you can provide this, and it is good please pm me.

Elite proxies work as well, looking for a vpn/proxy in california if possible.

My recommandation is , use a windows vps but for how many month do you want and let me know your montly budget.thanks

Buy a cheap VPS and use SSH to tunnel through it - cheap and cheerful but works.
The only software you need if yo use windows is putty and you are sorted.
