What was said above is not true about ARIN tracking and watching ip space. ARIN plays no role in policing ip space. Their charter is to make sure the space assigned is justifiable. In fact, I have a ton of ip space I can rent to you. PM me your info.

I would try to find a host that ignores complaints. I just got done setting up a "snowshoe" server and the next day I get this spamcop complaint(several actually). What is with these guys? Then I noticed that some *special*

hosts don't even receive these reports from spamcop. I now set up servers only on hosts that ignore or don't receive spamcop complaints. What I do is send a fake compaint to my vps and see if they do anything. This keeps the vps boxes from getting shut down all the time. Works wonders.

people please note, dont rush to send more emails, the focus should be in inboxing the emails!

so if you try to send a pretty huge lot, and if not managed carefully chances are most go in spam..hotmail/live/outlook is pretty smart and send even regular mails in spam...

so the best way would be start small and then scale up , you get an idea and experience....
