Need a VPN with multiple IPs

I need a VPN with lots of IPs (excluded hidemyass, all of their IPs are blacklisted)when disconnect and connect again to provide me a different IP.

There're programs like HotSpotShield (usable for free with ads).
When you connect/disconnect it's change the ip with another vpn.
Another solution can be TOR.

Did you know how many IPs provide each other ?

I don't know how many ips hotspotshield have, but for tor you can find a very large number of "nodes".
Google "tor nodes" for a list, or go to torstatus . blutmagie . de to find some nodes on the network.
Then google how to filter the nodes to use only the ones from pre-selected countries, for example only from US.
