The OP wasn't asking for an advice in the first place and I'm pretty much sure there are freelancers here that are willing to do the job, we can both see it with the member's responses.
oDesk isn't much better choice than BHW just because you can monitor what people are doing, there are several ways to do it.

If the OP explained better what type of forum poster he was looking for
and the rate or rate range he is willing to pay, he might better qualify the
interest level. Writing on forums does require thinking, especially if his
goal is to be effective for driving traffic to his business.
A better approach would be a dedicated BHW member who needs the
the gig and 'gets it', and who can deliver. In that sense I don't believe
that Odesk is a better option than a BHW member.
The OP appears to require someone who is reliable, not someone he
has to babysit or micromanage on Odesk.
